DEFAULT JUDGMENT: IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the United States has a default judgment against Defendant, Timothy Garcia, for the sum of $9,799.93 ($9,797.39 plus additional pre-judgment interest of $0.32 per day and additional non-payment penalty of $0.95 per day after July 3, 2023 to the date of judgment), together with interest thereon from the date of this judgment at the rate of 5.26% per year to be compounded annually until paid, plus costs of suit, for all of which the United States may have its execution.
