ORDER: Because Plaintiff paid the statutory filing fee, he is responsible for serving Defendant with a summons and complaint in compliance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4. Further, Plaintiff must file proof of service with the Court in accordance with Rule 4(1). Plaintiff is advised that, if proper service is not made within 90 days after the Complaint was filed, this case is subject to dismissal without prejudice unless Plaintiff shows good cause for his failure to timely and properly effect service and the Court extends the time for service. ORDER: Plaintiff Justin Isreal Escobar filed suit in this Court for breach of contract against Defendant Alliance Credit Union. After reviewing Escobar's Complaint, the court concludes that the existence of federal jurisdiction is not clear. The Court therefore ORDERS Escobar to supplement the Complaint, no later than June 28, 2023, alleging with specificity the facts necessary to establish the Court's subject matter jurisdiction in accordance with this Order.
