FEE ORDER RE: #8 Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. The Court concludes that Plaintiff has sufficient funds to pay the $402 filing fee. Plaintiff is denied leave to proceed IFP. Plaintiff must pay the $402 filing fee within 30 days of the date of this order. The Clerk will mail a copy of this order to the Inmate Accounting office or other person or entity responsible for assessing, collecting, and remitting to the Court the interim filing fee payments on behalf of inmates, as designated by the facility in which Plaintiff is confined. ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY. Plaintiff must address the following deficiency: Plaintiff did not pay the $402 filing fee. He filed a certificate of his inmate trust account, but he did not submit a signed application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). Therefore, by October 2, 2023 (30 days), Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $402 filing fee or file a signed application to proceed IFP. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
