ORDER REASSIGNING CASE. Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, filed this civil-rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983. He paid the filing fee. After an initial review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A, the Court is of the opinion that this case should be TRANSFERRED to the docket of the Honorable D. Gordon Bryant, Jr., United States Magistrate Judge, for further proceedings. This case shall hereafter be numbered Civil Action No. 5:23-CV-00242-BQ. Case reassigned to Magistrate Judge D.
