At this time, the information provided in Rios's amended complaint is sufficient for the Court conduct to a preliminary review of his claims. If the Court determines that it needs additional information from Rios to adjudicate his claims, it will an enter an appropriate order. For the same reason, a trial of this action is not warranted at this time.
