Plaintiff complains about an incident that appears to have occurred in Amarillo, Texas, and he names the Amarillo Police Department and Sgt. Joe Brown of the Amarillo Police Department as Defendants. Amarillo is located within the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division. The Court finds that in the interests of justice and judicial economy, this case should be transferred to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a).
