Filing 6 ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis; however, it finds that this case is subject to dismissal. Plaintiff will be required to pay the full filing fee of $350.00 pursuant to the PLRA. Plaintiff's claims are subject to dismissal as frivolous or for failure to state a claim for the same reason as her earlier claims-they are barred by the applicable statute of limitations. Plaintiff is admonished that frivolous and malicious filings by prisoners consume inordinate amounts of scarce judicial resources and pose a burden on legitimate complaints. Plaintiff is cautioned that this is her third strike's Thus, she may not proceed in forma pauperis in any civil action or appeal filed while she is incarcerated or detained in any facility unless she is in imminentdanger of serious physical in jury. Plaintiff is advised that if she appeals this Order, she will be required to pay the appeal fee of $605.00 pursuant to the PLRA. (Ordered by Senior Judge Sam R.
