Therefore, by February 22, 2024 (30 days), Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $405 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis on the approved form. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
