Moreover, plaintiff Levi Rudder is hereby warned that any future frivolous filings will be met with additional sanctions imposed against him and possible contempt of Court proceedings. The Court need not wait for any response from Rudder before ruling on the motion. The lawsuit is frivolous, vexatious, and amounts to the harassment of judicial officers of the United States.
