| Filing 2 Notice that the clerk has been instructed to apply the attached sanction order to the submissions indexed under number: 5:24-CV-70-H. The sanction order was originally filed in: 2:00-CV-0321 (document # 115 ) and states: Plaintiff is BARRED from any future new filings unless he first obtains judicial permission and his new filing is accompanied by prepayment of the entire filing fee.
