ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND TRANSFERRING THE CASE TO THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE: Plaintiff, a civil detainee acting prose, filed a civil-rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983. He did not pay the filing fee, but he filed a motion to proceed informa pauperis. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. The Court transfers this case to the docket of the Honorable D. Gordon Bryant, Jr., United States Magistrate Judge, for screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915.
