ORDER: The defendants' combined response to the plaintiffs motion for preliminary injunction (Dkt. No. #6 ) and motion to stay shall be filed by no later than August 26, 2024. The plaintiff's combined reply to the defendant's combined response and response to the motion to stay shall be filed by no later than September 9, 2024. The defendant's reply to the response to their motion to stay shall be filed by no later than September 19, 2024. Further, by no later than September 26, 2024, each party shall file briefing on their position on converting the plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction into a motion for summary judgment. Each party may file a response to the other party's briefing by no later than October 1, 2024. Finally, the Court declines to schedule a hearing on the motion for a preliminary injunction at this time, but it may reconsider its position after briefing is complete.
