ORDER: This case cannot proceed without either payment of the filing fee or submission of the documents required for an IFP determination. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2) and (b). Plaintiff has been given ample opportunity to comply with the Court's orders, but he has failed to do so. And Plaintiff has shown no interest in pursuing his claims since his case was transferred here. As a result, the Court finds that this case must be dismissed without prejudice under Rule 41(b).
