JUDGMENT : For the reasons stated in the Court's order entered today, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that Plaintiff's civil-rights complaint is dismissed without prejudice under the three strikes provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). (Ordered by Judge James Wesley Hendrix on 10/15/2025) (bmh)

ORDER: For the reasons discussed above, the Court finds that Plaintiff is barred from proceeding in forma pauperis under the three-strikes provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), and he failed to show that he was in imminent danger of serious physical injury at the time he filed his complaint. The Court therefore orders: l. Plaintiff's motions to proceed in forma pauperis are denied. 2. Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed without prejudice under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).3.
