| Filing 21 SECOND ORDER FOR AUTHENTICATED RECORDS: It is therefore ORDERED that the Littlefield Police Department shall provide the Court with authenticated and verified copies of any and all records pertaining to the specific allegations in Plaintiff's Complaint and any amended complaint. An authorized custodian of the records must execute the attached Certification of Business Records (Certification) and attach the executed Certification to the records provided to the Court. ORDER: The Court denies Contreras's first two IFP applications, Dkt. Nos. 4 and 8, as deficient and mooted by his most recent IFP application, Dkt. No. 9,which remains pending. If Contreas wants to proceed with this action, he must, by the previously imposed October 30 deadline, cure his outstanding fee deficiency in one of two ways: pay the $405 filing fee to the Clerk; or file a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint that is certified and signed by an authorized PCDC officer.
