| Filing 7 SECOND ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY: The Court entered an order requiring pro se Plaintiff Jesse Mendoza to file an amended application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) and register as an ECF user by January 7, 2026. Dkt. No. 6. As of the date of this Order, Mendoza has not complied with either directive. Thus, the Court sua sponte extends Mendoza's deadline for compliance. No later than March 13, 2026, Mendoza must (1) file an amended IFP application, and (2) register as an ECF user, as explained more fully in the Court's December 16, 2025 order. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Mendoza a copy of the December 16 order (Dkt. No. 6) along with a copy of this Order. Plaintiff is cautioned that failure to comply with this Order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed for failure to prosecute in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
