Filing 13
ORDER: The Court, finding good cause for an extension of the deadline, grants the motion in part. It is therefore ordered that the time for service of process is extended by 30 days. The extended period for service expires on April 30, 2026, re #9 Motion to Extend Time for Service. The Court denies the motion insofar as it seeks "an order authorizing substituted service of process...pursuant to Tex. R. Civ. P. 106." Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(h)(1)(A) permits service on a limited liability company by following state law for serving a summons. Accordingly, the requested order is not necessary. (Ordered by Judge James Wesley Hendrix on 3/31/2026) (bdg)
