FINAL JUDGMENT - ORDERED that Adult/Estate Pltfs TAKE NOTHING by reason of suit against Settling Defts & that taxable costs of court be paid by Settling Defts per parties' agreement. Further ORDERED that Minors shall from Settling Defts Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Ford Motor Company & Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LP cash sums described in agreements executed as to each of Settling Defts which shall be deposited into Registry of this Court for use & benefit of Minors on or before 5/12/2006. Further ORDERED Minors shall recover from Settling Deft Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Future Periodic Payments described in agreements executed as to each of Settling Defts. Court finds payments in best interest of Minors. Further ORDERED that Settling Deft Cooper Tire & Rubber Company or Assigness MetLife Tower Resources Group Inc purchase annuity policies from Metropolitan Life Ins Co on or before 5/12/2006 to discharge obligation to make Future Periodic Payments; that qualified assignment be made under section 130(c) of Internal Revenue Code under which assignment Assignee would be owner of annuity policies; & that when Settling Deft Cooper Tire & Rubber Company purchase annuity policies & execute assignment of policies, then Settling Deft Cooper Tire & Rubber Company & insurer have no further obligations for Future Periodic Payments. ORDERED that Paul Stipanovic, Guadian ad Litem for Minors receive legal fees in amount $7,520.00. Ordered that Paul Stipanovic is relieved of further duties as Guardian ad Litem for Minors. ORDERED that cash sums awarded to Minors be paid into Registry of this Court, be held by Clerk of this Court as trust fund until they reach majority. When net sums awarded to Minors have been paid into Registry & Annuity Policies are purchased, Final Judgment shall be fully satisfied & discharged as far as Minors are concerned & no execution shall issue in favor of Minors thereafter.
