MEMORANDUM ORDER AND OPINION: IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the decision of the Commissioner denying Plaintiffs application for disability insurance benefits is REVERSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is REMANDED. Upon remand the ALJ should f urther consider the limitations imposed by Plaintiffs mental impairments upon his ability to perform work related activity and to determine, if appropriate, whether Plaintiff can maintain employment.
