Filing 5 FEE ORDER: The Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to demonstrate that he was "under imminent danger of serious physical injury" when he filed his civil rights action; therefore, he cannot proceed in forma pauperis. As a result, his application is DENIED and he must pay the full filing fee of $400.00 if he desires to pursue his complaint. It is ORDERED that Plaintiff shall pay the filing fee of $400.00 within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order.
