Filing 11 ORDER Granting Agreed Motion to Transfer Venue and Request to Vacate or Stay Order Requiring Conference: The parties have consented to a transfer to the Corpus Christi Division of the Southern District of Texas. Furthermore, upon analysis of the relevant private- and public-interest factors, the Court finds that the parties have demonstrated good cause for such a transfer. Accordingly, the Court grants the parties' Agreed Motion to Transfer Venue and Request to Vacate or Stay Order Requiring Conference. The case will be transferred to the Corpus Christi Division of the Southern District of Texas. Accordingly, the parties' obligations under the Court's Order Requiring Scheduling Conference and Report for Contents of Scheduling Order are vacated, and the defendants' Unopposed Motion to Proceed Without Local Counsel #9 is denied as moot.
