DEFICIENCY SHOW CAUSE ORDER: On 12/23/22 Plaintiff was ordered to pay the fee or file the appropriate document. Plaintiff filed an amended complaint on the proper form, an IFP application, and a certificate of his inmate trust account. But he did not sign the authorization portion of the certificate of inmate trust account, which allows the Court to collect funds from his account. Thus, the Court finds that, within 20 days from the date of this order, Plaintiff must sign and return the authorization portion of the certificate of his inmate trust account.
