The Court, therefore, finds that Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus should be dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution and for failure to comply with the Court's prior orders. Alternatively, because it appears Petitioner is no longer detained in the Tom Green County Jail, the petition should be dismissed as moot. If Petitioner remains in custody and still wants to pursue his claims, he may file a motion to reopen this case within 30 days of the date of this order. Petitioner's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). The Clerk is directed to provide to Petitioner, with service of this order, a form IFP application, a certificate of inmate trust account, and a standard form petition for cases filed under 28 U.S.C. 2241 (labeled "amended").
