ORDER CONSOLIDATING CASES: Before the Court are the unopposed motions to consolidate case No. 6:24-CV-33-C and case No. 6:24-CV-22-C. Because both cases appear to arise out of the same alleged incidents and assert many of the same factual allegations and circumstances, the Court finds that the two aforementioned civil actions raise common questions of law or fact, enough that they should be consolidated into one civil action pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a). All future filings must bear the number 6:24-CV-22-C. The Court directs the Clerk to consolidate No. 6:24-CV-33-C into No. 6:24-CV-22-C and transfer all of the present pleadings in No. 6:24-CV-33-C to No. 6:24-CV-22-C.
