ORDER. On December 5, 2024, the Clerk received a letter from Plaintiff and opened a new prisoner civil-rights action. Plaintiff recently filed a letter complaining that the Clerk and "corrupt judge" illegally converted his letter into a civil suit. Dkt. No. #6 . The Court finds that Plaintiff's letter serves as a self-executing notice of voluntary dismissal under Rule 41(a). See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a). The Clerk is directed to close this case. Plaintiff is advised that federal courts are not investigative or prosecutorial agencies. If Plaintiff seeks to bring criminal charges, he must contact the appropriate law-enforcement agency.
