Amended Memorandum Opinion and Order. This order VACATES the order and judgment entered on April 22, 2014. It is therefore ORDERED that the motion for leave to file an amended complaint, ECF No.8, is GRANTED to the extent the proposed amended complai nt attached thereto has been reviewed and screened along with the complaint. It is further ORDERED that all claims for violations of constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) and 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii). It is further ORDERED that all of Plaintiffs state law claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE (Ordered by Judge Reed C O'Connor on 7/22/2014) (trt)
