April 19, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 19 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: Plaintiff Brenda Sipes Caperton ("Caperton") filed this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking judicial review of the denial by the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner&quo t;) of her application for disability insurance benefits under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act ("SSA").
