Order Dismissing Case. For the foregoing reasons, this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) for want of prosecution. Plaintiff may reopen the case within thirty days of the date of this Order by filing a Motion to Reopen the Case and, at the same time, curing the deficiency as previously ordered.
