ORDER: Before the Court is pro se Plaintiff's Complaint, filed July 19, 2021. ECF No. #1 . Having reviewed the allegations in the Complaint, the Court concludes that, because Plaintiff failed to designate the division in which he was filing this matter, it was inadvertently opened in the Fort Worth Division. Because all the events about which Plaintiff complains took place at the Allred Unit in Iowa Park, Texas, located in the Wichita Falls Division, the Court concludes that this case shall be transferred to the Wichita Falls Division.
