In this regard, Peters writes random information over the whole 2241 form - such as: "Marc Arron Peters Jung adopted 1986 Boston Mass;"NHL division, NFL Division, MLB Division;" "North Texas;" "Jimmy Johnson;" "Hired by Hasek 2016;" and "Coordinator From Jimmy Johnson, Eddie Belfour, Andy Mogg, Vladimir Konstantinon Larinov." ECF No. #1 , at 1. It is hereby ORDERED that Petitioner shall cure each aforementioned deficiency within thirty (30) days of the date of this order by completing and re-filing a 2241 form with only answers and information responsive to the questions and sections in the 2241 form. Failure to timely and completely comply with this order will result in dismissal of the 2241 petition in this case for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) without further notice.
