Plaintiffs claims against TDCJ-CID Executive Director Bryan Collier that arise out of the Jester IV Unit are hereby TRANSFERRED to the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. Bryan Collier will also remain as a named Defendant in the instant case. Clerk to open new case no. 7:24-cv-00041-O for severed matter.
