ORDER granting 49 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 51 Motion for Summary Judgment. Accordingly, at this time the only claims that remain pending in the instant action are Plaintiffs' cause of action against Cameron County and Omar Luci o, in his official capacity, for state law violations outlined in Plaintiffs' original complaint.
