MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 9 MOTION to Stay Pending Decision on MDL Transfer The Court ORDERS as follows: 1. Case Numbers 1:10CV227, 1:10CV236 and 1:10CV237 in this Court are STAYED pending the resolution of the respective motions to tra nsfer these actions by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation in In re. Oil Spill by the Oil Rig ("Deepwater Horizon") in the Gulf of Mexico, on April 20, 2010, MDL-2179. 2. The parties must inform the Court within seven days of the resolution of the motions to transfer described in the previous paragraph; and 3.
