The Court DECLINES to find that Martinez's claims are barred by the statute of limitations. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs remaining claims against all other Defendant's as frivolous and/or for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A(b)(1).
