Filing 29 ORDER granting 13 Plaintiff's Motion to Certify Class; mooting 28 Plaintiff's Motion for emergency ruling. The Court CONDITIONALLY CERTIFIES this matter as a collective action. The Court further ORDERS that Plaintiffs' counsel sh all mail a copy of the date-corrected "Notice of Rights Regarding Overtime Pay" and "Notice of Consent." immediately or within 5 business days of receiving the list from Trident. Plaintiffs shall bear the costs of preparing and d istributing notice. The Class members shall have 60 days to opt into the lawsuit.
