Filing 28 ORDER entered GRANTING IN PART 23 MOTION to Consolidate Lead Case No. 10-439 and Member Case No. 08-231. As to the first condition, no previously taken deposition will be reopened without leave of court. As to the second condition, the insurers mu st attend and participate in the forthcoming mediation.
