ORDER Plaintiff has filed an Emergency Motion for Expedited Hearing on Application for Restraining Order [Doc. # 5]. The Motion is GRANTED. The Court will hold a hearing on Plaintiffs Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order [Docs. # 2, # 4] (Motion for Temporary Restraining Order) on May 28, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. provided all parties are served with the complaint, amended complaint, summons, and all other papers filed in this case, including this Order.
