MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Defendant Deutsche Banks Motion to Dismiss [Doc. # 5] isGRANTED. It is furtherORDERED that Plaintiffs claims are DISMISSED WITHOUTPREJUDICE. Plaintiffs are granted leave to file an Amended Complaint on or beforeJanuary 17, 2014. If Plaintiffs fail to amend their pleading by that date, the Courtwill dismiss their claims with prejudice. It is furtherORDERED that Plaintiffs and counsel may not plead a claim for whichPlaintiffs have no good faith factual and legal basis. See FED . R. CIV. P. 11(b);28 U.S.C. § 1927.
