Filing 59 OPINION on Dispositive Motions. Turnage imagines malicious motives for everybody. His problem, however, is that he has never denied that he did violate the rules of the precinct. The City of Galveston and the Port of Galveston Police Department hav e already been dismissed. Harris County Precinct 6 will be dismissed. Turnage will take nothing from Harris County, Victor Trevino, Carlos DeAlejandro, Lillian Lozano, The Board of Trustees of the Wharves, Felipe Herrera, John Parker, and David Thomas. (Signed by Judge Lynn N Hughes) Parties notified. (ghassan, 4) |
