The Court OVERRULES the Magistrate Judge's recommend ation that the Court deny Fannie Mae's motion to remove lis pendens and ORDERS that the motion is GRANTED. Fannie Mae has requested an award of attorney's fees and costs. The Court ORDERS that Fannie Mae shall submit within 20 days from entry of this order a supporting affidavit and fee records.
