MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Defendants' motions 30 34 for summary judgment are GRANTED. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant King and the access to courts claims against Burgess are DISMISSED with prejudice. Plaintiff's remaining claims against Burgess, Abron, Neal and Crawford are DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to exhaust administrative remedies as required by the PLRA.
