MEMORANDUM AND OPINION re: 72 MOTION to Amend 1 Complaint. Plaintiff Eugene Lester is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE from this action for want of prosecution. The complaint filed by Plaintiffs Loren Olds and Felton Paul Lambert lacks an arguable basis in law. It is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE under 28 USC § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i).
