Filing 4 Mail Returned Undeliverable as to Tamisha Holmes Holmes re: #3 Order of Dismissal, filed. (dgonzalez, 5) |
*** *** certified copy of #3 Order of Dismissal provided to USM, filed. (sanderson, 4) |
Filing 3 Opinion and ORDER OF DISMISSAL. Tamesha Holmes has sued the Bell County Police and Judge John Mischtian. She mentions a vehicle identification number, an estate, body fluids, Cherokee Muurs "Moors," City of Killeen, Wayne Coumy, Michigan Republic, presumably an arrest, and many other things, all liberally decorated with fingerprints, altered reverse of the United States seal, Bunker Hill flag, and American Flag. The complaint is not defective on its absence of legal niceties. It is barren of facts that would suggest an occasion to which legal redress might apply. It is delusional. It must be dismissed with prejudice. Case terminated on 5/22/19. (Signed by Judge Lynn N Hughes) Parties notified.(sanderson, 4) |
Filing 2 NOTICE to Pro Se Litigant of Case Opening. Party notified, filed. (sanderson, 4) |
