By 1/10/2020, the plaintiffs must give the city the information ordered. By 12/20/2019, the city must give the plaintiffs the videotapes. As soon as the court has the social security number of Salas, Jr., it will order Ben Taub to give his records to the parties. The city must give the plaintiffs all forwarding addresses and location data of the fired deputy for the deposition to be taken 2/19/2020. Once deposed, it will be decided if she will be added as a party. By 2/21/2020, the parties must jointly report the status of this case and the next steps to advance this litigation.
