May 26, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: As McCoy's civil lawsuit plausibly concerns events that occurred at his current institution, TDCJ's Ellis Unit, in Walker County, which lies within the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas, see 28 U.S.C. 124(b)(2), this action will be transferred there, under Section 1391(b) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6, on June 17, 2020, to allow any party to file an objection to Judge Fish within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order.
