The court's scheduling order, Docket Entry No. 40, remains in place for resolving Doe's claims against the school district. The court abates Doe's claims againstGuess-Mazock until 90 days after Doe gives Guess-Mazock written notice of his claim, as required under the Texas Education Code. Doe and Guess-Mazock must file a joint letter indicating that Doe has provided Guess-Mazock with this required notice. Doe may file an amended complaint as to Guess-Mazock after the abatement period ends.
