ORDER re: Adimora-Nweke has several times by email contacted the Case Manager and Law Clerk questioning the status of this matter. Adimora-Nweke is ADMONISHED and ORDERED to immediately cease all communication with the Court other than by filings to the docket. A number of motions are now pending. See Dkts 4, 5, 7 & 15. Hearing will be set on any motion as deemed advisable and necessary. Plaintiff Ernest Adimora-Nweke proceeds here pro se but is himself a licensed attorney. As such, his conduct before this Court will not be afforded the lenience warranted for unsophisticated pro se litigants. See Wright v McCain, 703 F App'x 281, 284 (5th Cir 2017, per curiam) (citation omitted). His conduct will instead be scrutinized and subject to sanction, if warranted, for deviation from the rules governing practice before the Southern District of Texas.
