ORDER re: Pending is a discovery letter from Defendant Klein Independent School District. Plaintiff has objected to Jacob Rice appearing as the corporate representative of KISD at the deposition of K.C. Rule 30(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allows a "named organization" to "designate" a corporate representative. Nothing suggests that the opposing party has input into that designation. Even to the extent Rice may be a fact witness, he isn't subject to "the Rule" requiring exclusion or sequestration of witnesses, and so may be present as a corporate representative.
