MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER The court concludes that there is no substantial, disputed federal issue that must be resolved to adjudicate Plaintiff's state law claims. Plaintiff's state law claims therefore do not supply federal question jurisdiction in this case. Because the case will be remanded for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, the court does not reach Defendant's arguments for consolidation or dismissal. Defendant Memorial Women's Care, PLLC's #6 Opposed MOTION to Consolidate Lead Case No. 4:22-cv-04098 and Member Case No. 4:22-cv-4097 and #7 Opposed AMENDED #5 MOTION TO DISMISS are therefore DENIED AS MOOT. For the reasons explained, the court concludes that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction in this case. Plaintiff's #9 MOTION to Remand is therefore GRANTED, and this case is REMANDED to the 270th District Court of Harris County, Texas...*** Case terminated on 2/6/23.
