ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Plaintiff Sharon Yasin, proceeding pro se, has filed a purported "motion for recusal." Dkt 18. The one-page document contains (i) a notice of "dismissal of all defendants without prejudice" and (ii) a "demand" for recusal. The notice is treated as one of voluntary dismissal under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which is effective upon filing. For the avoidance of doubt, however, this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE upon request of same by Yasin. The action having been dismissed, any motion for recusal is DENIED AS MOOT. See Dkt 18.
